  • Helped DESL in collecting data from factories as per Deep dive questionnaire
  • Assist DESL to conduct energy and productivity assessment in selected factories. 20 factories were assessed
  • Identification of energy consuming processes and equipment in surveyed factories
  • Identify energy consumption sources
  • Help factories to prepare action plans as per recommendations from assessment report
  • Monitoring the progress for 6 months and prepare monthly progress report as per template prepared by IFC and DESL
